Can someone official pretty-please convince people to go back to minimal/non-quoting on the Racket email lists?

I'm finding the huge quotes to be not only annoying, but maybe a little disturbing. (Non-minimal quoting always looked non-Internet-savvy, but maybe I'm additionally bothered by the thought that all the students on the list are learning the wrong way. Yes, Google wants people to use their tools/interfaces, so they benefit from making others' open standard tools unpleasant, so Google is happy to encourage huge quoting.)
