What happened to `for-each` in "Advanced Student Language"? When I got to the end of the semester in the spring, I was working with students on my usual classwork activities and discovered it was no longer there. Easy enough to redefine with 'map' in a pinch, but could we please have it back in ASL? Thanks, --- nadeem
