CSV files? Do you mean importing a CSV file into a table?

Take a look at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/load-data.html,
the "LOAD DATA INFILE" command, which (iirc) takes a CSV file and
imports it into a table, one shot.
