Sorry, Cosme, I don't know what's wrong with the server, and I haven't gotten any response from the few people I've asked directly.
To the rest of the Racket dev team: Does anyone know what's up? No one else has responded, publicly or privately. The package server has been down for over 24 hours without comment, we need to be able to respond to outages more quickly than this.
