Sorry it's hard to find the official definition of **.rktl* and **.rktd* except both of them are racket source file extensions as well as **.rkt*. My dim memory shows that *l* means *load* or *link*? *d* means *D**rRacket*? and these two ones are used for configuration.
In my web htdocs, there are *servlet*.*rkt*, *literate-programming.**rkt * and *s-exp-configuration*.*rkt*.
