Is it possible to make immutable bytes without incurring the copy? It is useful for read-only bytes that can be used with open-input-port, which makes a copy unless it is immutable. Particular use-case : parsing part of a buffer, extracting the rest with subbytes and then using with open-input-port, makes 2 copies of the buffer.
