I'm implementing the port prediction NAT-traversal algorithm[1], part of which specifies sending non-multicast UDP packets with very short TTLs. The only method I see in the Racket docs for setting TTL on UDP is the udp-multicast-set-ttl! function. Is there a way to do this for regular UDP packets?
