For the r_th part... I hope to have some time this weekend to review it
and remove
all the r_th dependency... i think it's a nice library for threading...
but we dont really
need it :) so i'ts better to keep the core as clean as possible.

I would be happy if you can do some tests of the current hg.. and give
me some patches
the remaining stuff to make r2 debugger run in BSD.
Btw, if you compile with --without-debugger... r2 should build fine there.
