In the article is information about how to set them up and use them, although I don't have a comprehensive documentation of all tags. Nevertheless, you all are good at reading source anyway... you figured out the standard Radius tags didn't you?
Keep in mind this is a very preliminary release, and has no security for spam-blocking other than moderation (i.e. no CAPTCHA). I'd appreciate anything you have to contribute.
