It's also worth noting that Trac generates rss feeds that you can customise
to include svn changesets, tickets, wiki updates, etc. etc.

I've been using this feed to track radiant svn changes for a while:
http://dev.radiantcms.org/radiant/timeline?changeset=on&max=50&daysback=90&format=rss
