I'am not working full time with Radiant (yet!), but I'm trying to sell projects thats have some not included functionality, so I can develop it, charge it and, of course, exchange with you.
Now I'm part time employed developing in php with Joomla and SugarCRM. It's good to work with several projects. You learn what you shouldn't do in your projects!
