It's not, i have just installed it and i have that error. Do you have a
patch of it?
Regarding also to this extension this ticket is still open:
http://dev.radiantcms.org/radiant/ticket/487 . I ran also into that
problem. The problem with that ticket is that the guy didn't add the patch
as an attachment but copied it directly instead.
