Yes, that is in the latest version. However, I have realized there is a breaking change in 0.6.4 for those who are upgrading from 0.5.x, which is that the Archive pages/behaviors have been moved to an extension. When you are upgrading, extensions are not available, so the ArchivePage model (and its brethren) cannot be found. If you have any pages with the Archive or the Year/Month/Day Archive Index behaviors, I suggest you change them to no behavior before upgrading, then move them back after upgrading.
Alternatively, you could upgrade to 0.6.3, then upgrade to 0.6.4.
