Well you're not starting from nothing seeing how you already have a predefined site to copy. I mean if it's literally just a copy you could just save all the images, styles, and html to disk and you would be done. You need to define/explain the project goals and scope better in order for me to give you a fair opinion of what I would do. But from my experience with radiant so far, it's been real easy to use and has fit most of my default use cases.
