[Radiant] Page behavior tutorial

Hi I just started using radiant and so far it's been great. The only  
problem I'm having is understanding page behaviors. I see lots of  
people saying how great they are but no tutorials on how to make your  
own. So my question is are there any good tutorials on page behaviors  
or am I better off just looking at the source code of others?
