initializing page_attachments:
rake aborted!
uninitialized constant PageAttachmentsExtension::Technoweenie

What I did:
1. downloaded full(*) radiant tree using SVN
2. downloaded Reorder extension and put it into vendor/extensions
directory
3. run rake db:migrate:extensions in radiant root directory
(*) i need to do it this way because I have no shell access on the
remote/host server, therefore I can not perform any actions there.
only way how to install application is through FTP. I am doing
similar steps on my local machine to be sure everything I do would
be possible to do on the remote server.
What should be wrong?
