Thomas,
If you're starting from something other than the blank template, you
need to create a site for the original and put in the id of the homepage
(probably 1). Then you should be able to have both accessible from the
interface. Patches to make this interface better would be appreciated.

You can't seem to get back to the original site once you create a new site.
