Hi, I have tried following the guides and mailing list, but having issues getting the mailer extension to work. It doesn't show up on the admin extensoin page or on the Page Type dropdown. I am running the latest version of Radiant (0.6.9) and I installed the mailer extension from github/radiant. I also ran "rake production db:migrate:extensions" though I am still not sure if that is needed or not. I have the Page Attachments extension working.
