The error is:

As Sean mentioned in an earlier post, the Mailer extension does not have
any tasks that need to be migrated. So, that may be why you are seeing
this error. Also, according to
http://wiki.radiantcms.org/How_To_Use_The_Mailer_Extension
there is no need to do anything other than clone it into the
vendor/extensions directory
You should be able to just run it straight off.
