There's an existing github issue for this - the best workaround is to
use the radiant generator to overwrite changed files in the project.

I got a problem with updating radiant into the 0.8.0 version. When I
ran the command "rake radiant:update" the task can not be completed.
Then I did "rake -T" to check all the available rake command, but I
did not find the update command in there. Any idea?
