Hello, I have had the same problem and it appears to be a problem with Rack.
Solutions have been posted to propose a work around and I believe a ticket has been submited to the Rack guys... Basically, edit the following file "rack-1.0.0/lib/rack/handler/fastcgi.rb" (you should find it in your gem repository). Comment out the following line: #alias _rack_read_without_buffer read. You may need to install the rack gem locally so you can access the code.
