Actually, I've been meaning for a while to work with this, but Posterous will post to any service using the MetaWeblog API. This would mean you'd need to use ActionWebservice which Rails no longer includes. There's an extension here which may be outdated (I've not tried it) since it hasn't been touched in over a year http://github.com/skrat/radiant-metaweblog-extension
