i installed the page factory extension and ran the migrate/update tasks but the page_factory.css is not being included in the admin ui. i see the public/stylesheets/admin/page_factory.css file but it's not being added to the @stylesheets array while other css (e.g. page_attachments.css) are included as expected. this is on the current master.
