[Radiant] 0.9 or 0.8

Hi guys
I am planning to use radiant for small non critical website I have
some experiences already with Rails. Should I use 0.9 or 0.8
I like the 0.9 internationalization because I need it. However I am
not sure how stable is 0.9? what is your experience?
Also, how far is the final release for 0.9
