[Radiant] paperclipped_uploader

This is an addon to paperclipped right?  I've added it to extension,  
updated, migrated and I'm not seeing anything new.   I've got a bunch  
of images to upload and I'd like to have a simple interface to do it  
all at once.  What am I missing here?
