I don't know if this has been brought up in the past before or not,
but I'm normally against such things. As convenient as they are for
quickly editing pages and what not, I prefer to see the page exactly
as the user sees it (without having to hit a preview button, or close
the toolbar, etc.)

Just my two cents.
