I would also like to know the answer, I have checked and Refinery CMS does 
support Ruby 2.0 and the 
post<https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!topic/radiantcms/wjpGGNiLA7M>just
 prior to this one gives me some concern for Radiant
