I've used it for a while now, and didn't see any problems with EAP_UseState.
I've upgraded to 4.17 patch 1.2009 and enabled EAP_UseState, it is too
early to evaluate, but it looks fine.
It is really able to process huge number of parallel EAP authentications
for single user. 90 and all within 6s. Great :)
