This is what the process looks like:

/usr/bin/ntlm_auth --helper-protocol=ntlm-server-1

so we're using NTLM v1 correct? Is that the proper way to run ntlm_auth?

Subject: NTLM Failures to Active Directory

We just had a 15 minute window where all NTLM calls to AD failed, even from a
development server which is handling a handful of logins every hour. Any ideas
what a cause could be? AD was fine otherwise, all of them were password failure
messages from NTLM logs. Issue was the same on Ubuntu 22.0 and Centos 7.
