[RADIATOR] Using Radiator:Configurable in hook

Hi,

I would like to change dynamically variable defined in config.conf file 
like :

DefineFormattedGlobalVar serverIP 10.10.10.5

in hook Perl script using Radiator:Configurable maybe 
Radiator:Configurable:set or some similar.

Is it possible , and if it is, it will be very helpful some short example.
