(RADIATOR) Bad authenticator?

[Internet 2xtreme]

In my trace 4, I get these:

Mon Mar  1 12:30:33 1999: WARNING: Bad authenticator in request from DEFAULT 
(209.63.215.10)

What are they?  They are causing radiator to not send Accounting accept
message back to the nases.
