Hi All
Stacey has reported that he has found the problem: its a bug in Handler.pm.
I have fixed the problem, and posted a new version to
http://www.open.com.au/radiator/downloads/patches-2.13/Handler.pm

We apologise for the inconvenience.
Please let me know if there are any problems with the new version.

Cheers.
