You aren't specifying a secret here, so radpwtst is defaulting to
"mysecret" and ...

... it looks like Radiator is expecting something else (this would
normally be a plaintext version of the password).
imho it might make things easier if radpwtst were to print a message
when it uses the defaults for mysecret (and maybe user/password/etc)?
