(RADIATOR) Users File and IP's

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why my user entries are not assigning an IP number upon
a successful connection please..

wally        Auth-Type = System,
             Service-Type = Framed-User,
             Framed-Protocol = PPP,
             Port-Limit = 2,
             Framed-MTU = 1500,
             Framed-IP-Address = 203.15.24.102
