Without seeing the log file, its a bit hard to be sure, but some possibilites
spring to mind:

1. There is a networking issue that is preventing the reply getting pack to the
host running radpwtst. Onviously of they are both on the same machine, it not
that.

2. The secret configured into Radiator is different to the one that radpwtst is
using (by default radpwtst uses "mysecret", but you can change that with the
-secret flag. If thats the case, Radiator will receive but not reply to packets
with bad authenticators.


If you send your config file (no secrets) and log file I might be able to tell
whats going on.
