Radiator will do this (it's not really a RADIUS server feature, your NAS has
to be able to send this data back to the RADIUS server - eg old Cisco IOS
couldn't, etc). Radiator still has to be pointed to a source from which to
obtain the user information (their userid and password for example).
You'll find heaps of information in the online documentation.
You also may want to look into an ISP billing system (the Radiator manual
lists several that work nicely with Radiator).
