You would not do this as a Handler, but rather as a new top level object type
(in the same vein as <SessionDatabase SQL>, perhaps <ClientList SQL>?. It would
really be rather simple to do, given all the prexisting modules in Radiator.
We may be able to supply something shortly (no promises)
