As far as I can see your configuration looks fine. What we really need to see
is some debug output showing exactly what happens when Radiator does not
answer. Usually this is because it is waiting on some other process, possibly
your SQL database. It is also possible that in busy periods the Radiator
reply packets are getting lost due to network congestion. Would it be possible
to see a debug at trace level 4 showing the problem?
