You will need to specify Foreground in your configuration file to stop Radiator
from trying to become a daemon.

See Section 16.3 in the Radiator 2.14.1 reference manual. You should also be
aware that running Radiator from inetd can have adverse performance
implications if you are handling lots of requests (or if you have response-time
issues). You may want to look at restartWrapper in the goodies directory and in
Section 16.1 in the manual.
