well, you have the basic idea. Somer things to check:

1. If Radiafor is running on a different host to the one where radpwtst is, you
will have to tell radpwtst where the radius host is with the -s flag:

radpwtst -s the.remote.host -user .....

2. If radiusd is listening to non-standard ports, you will need to specify the
port numbers with the -authport and -acct_port flags.

3. (This is the most likely) radpwtst uses a default secret of "mysecret". If
the Radiator Client clause has different secret, you will need to specify the
secret to radpwtst with the -secret flag:

radpwtst -secret xyzzy -user .....

4. (This is the second most likely) There may be no Client clause in the
Radiator config corresponding top the host whrere radpwtst is running. If
radiusd and radpwtst are ont eh same host, you should have something like this:

<Client localhost>
        DupInterval 0
        Secret mysecret
</Client>
