Hi Robert,

We could only make Ascend to work with X-Stop.
Just make use of the "Ascend-IP-Direct" attribute.

    Ascend-IP-Direct = "x.x.x.x" 

where x.x.x.x is the ip of X-Stop. The only thing
you have to keep in mind is X-Stop has to be on 
the same network as the Ascend Server.

you can also call X-Stop and they will have a dedicated
engineer to help you find a solution on how to implement
X-Stop on your current network topology.
