In the standard Radiator dictionary, attribute 12 is this:

ATTRIBUTE Framed-MTU 12 integer

If you really want to change it, add your definition (above) at the end of the
dictionary file and restart Radiator (or send it a -HUP). Note that the
standard file is called "dictionary", but the default can be overridden with

DictionaryFile ....

in the configuration file, or the -dictionary_file .... flag

radiusd -dictionary_file ....

On the other hand, and this is preferable, if you wish to specify it as a
Livingston vendor specific attribute, add this (after the following line):

VENDORATTR 307 Livingston 2 string

VENDORATTR 307 LE-IPSec-Outsource-Profile 12 string

Again, make sure that you put this in the correct file and restart or -HUP the
Radiator process.

Check your debug output (trace 4) to verify that the Attribute is being
correctly interpreted.
