Hmmm, I can't think of a way you can do that in the users file. But you
could probably do something like this in your config file:
<Handler Calling-Station-Id=3335551212>
AddToReply Session-Timeout=10
</Handler>
Of course you'd need one for every dialup user you're trying to block,
which might slow things down in a major way.
Also check out the ANI/DNIS options of your modem equipment; some boxes
let you authenticate (or not) via caller ID.
