Have you configured a Client localhost with Secret mysecret? This is what
radpwtst will use by default. Radpwtst also sends three requests by default, an
access-request, an accounting start and an accounting stop. That is why you see
rejected and then ok, ok.

Its difficult to say any more without seeing your configuration file and a more
complete debug listing.
