Yeah, I posted something about this on Oct 31, but I don't believe it ever
made it to the list. However, I will repost it, since the question came back
up again. I had basically replied to my own message with the answers I had
found on the net. Hope this helps!

Already found some information relating to this at the following URL:
http://landfield.com/rfcs/rfc2548.html
Vendor 311 is indeed Microsoft. The two attributes are as follows:
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP-Challenge 11 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP-Response 1 string
The complete list of attributes that I gleaned from the document are as
follows:
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP-Response 1 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP-Error 2 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP-CPW-1 3 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP-CPW-2 4 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP-LM-Enc-PW 5 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP-NT-Enc-PW 6 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-MPPE-Encryption-Policy 7 integer
VENDORATTR 311 MS-MPPE-Encryption-Types 8 integer
VENDORATTR 311 MS-RAS-Vendor 9 integer
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP-Domain 10 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP-Challenge 11 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP-MPPE-Keys 12 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-BAP-Usage 13 integer
VENDORATTR 311 MS-Link-Utilization-Threshold 14 integer
VENDORATTR 311 MS-Link-Drop-Time-Limit 15 integer
VENDORATTR 311 MS-MPPE-Send-Key 16 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-MPPE-Recv-Key 17 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-RAS-Version 18 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-Old-ARAP-Password 19 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-New-ARAP-Password 20 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-ARAP-Password-Change-Reason 21 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-Filter 22 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-Acct-Auth-Type 23 integer
VENDORATTR 311 MS-Acct-EAP-Type 24 integer
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP2-Response 25 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP2-Success 26 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-CHAP2-CPW 27 string
VENDORATTR 311 MS-Primary-DNS-Server 28 ipaddr
VENDORATTR 311 MS-Secondary-DNS-Server 29 ipaddr
VENDORATTR 311 MS-Primary-NBNS-Server 30 ipaddr
VENDORATTR 311 MS-Secondary-NBNS-Server 31 ipaddr
VENDORATTR 311 MS-ARAP-Challenge 33 string
Note, there isn't an attribute 32. *shrugs* I hope that the above is
accurate with regards to string vs integer vs ipaddr, but I am not sure.
Later,
Scott
