What message is displayed by the web browser? Is it something like this:

Current Sessions by User-Name at Thu Nov 11 09:22:37 1999

This report shows all current sessions sorted by User-Name. Click on the table
headings to change the sort order.
Click on "delete session" to remove bogus session details from your Session Database.

Fatal Error

A serious problem was encountered:

Could not connect to database

If so, is your web server on a different machine from your database? If it is
you will also need to include a host specification in the DBSource line to
point to the database server.
