Yes, we do have the same problem (AS5300) and No, we do not have a solution 
(we scanned the complete MIB looking for usernames matching the users we 
saw with the 'show user' command on the cisco but could not find any 
usefull references.

I am afraid the only solution is to allow finger on the Cisco.
