No, unfortunately this won't work. FramedGroupBaseAddress will be used, modulo
the NAS port number to assign an address. Therefore whenever the same port
number comes, the same IP address will be assigned.

We are doing some work at the moment to introduce vastly more sophisticated IP
address management capabilities in conjunction with a DHCP server - however this
won't be ready for several months.

There is someone else on the list working on an interim solution also - so you
might check the archive.
