(RADIATOR) Cisco 3640 not sending enough data

We have just installed two of these ras units and one problem we see is that
unlike our acsends or pm-3's they do not send the connect speed info to
accounting. We search the detail file quite often for customer support and
found this info quite handy. Can anyone help out on this?.
