Does everything work correctly when run by hand from the command line?

You mention that the authentication works correcly but not logging - does the
session database work correctly? I have seen problems previously with multiple
concurrent connections to an mssql database. If you can run Radiator from the
command line and have everything working, but not as a service - there may be
some restrictions in the NT environment that limit what resources the program
can use.

It would also be helpful to send a debug trace (level 4) when run by hand to see
what Radiator is trying to do as it starts up and as it processes packets.
